2. Information We Collect

From website visitors: When you submit a contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and business information. We use this only to respond to your inquiry.

From callers (our clients' customers): When someone calls a business phone number managed by Optivaro, we record the call and collect the caller's name, phone number, and information they share during the call. This information is passed to the business owner who hired us.

Automatically: We collect standard web server logs including IP addresses and browser information when you visit our website.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to contact form submissions
• To provide AI phone receptionist services to our business clients
• To send call summaries to the business owner
• To improve our services
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use caller information for advertising purposes.

4. Call Recording

Calls handled by our AI receptionist may be recorded. Business owners who use our service are responsible for disclosing to their callers that calls may be recorded, as required by applicable law. Optivaro provides call recordings and transcripts only to the business that hired us.

5. Data Sharing

We share information only with:

• The business you called — if you called a number managed by Optivaro, the business owner receives a summary and transcript
• Service providers — we use Bland.ai for AI voice services and Twilio for phone infrastructure. Both maintain their own privacy policies.
• Legal authorities — when required by law

6. Data Retention

We retain call recordings and transcripts for 90 days by default. Contact form submissions are retained until you ask us to delete them. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at josh@optivaro.ai.

7. Your Rights

You may contact us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. We will respond within 30 days. Illinois residents have additional rights under the Illinois Personal Information Protection Act.

8. Cookies

Our website uses minimal cookies necessary for the site to function. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
