Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by Optivaro LLC ("Optivaro," "we," "us"). By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

Optivaro provides AI-powered phone receptionist and business automation services. We configure AI systems to answer calls on behalf of your business, capture caller information, and deliver summaries to you via text message.

3. Subscription and Payment

• Services are billed monthly in advance.
• The first 30 days of service are provided at no charge (trial period).
• Payment is due on the same day each month following the trial period.
• Late payments may result in service suspension.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. Services continue through the end of the current paid billing period. No refunds for partial months.

5. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for configuring call forwarding on your phone system.
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding call recording disclosure in your jurisdiction.
• You agree not to use our services for any illegal purpose.
• You agree to provide accurate information during onboarding.

6. Service Availability

We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from service outages. In the event of a known outage, we will notify you promptly.

7. Limitation of Liability

Optivaro's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the month in which a claim arises. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed calls, lost business, or errors in AI-generated summaries.

8. AI Accuracy

Our AI systems are designed to be accurate but are not perfect. Call summaries and transcripts may contain errors. You should verify important information with callers directly. Optivaro is not liable for errors in AI-generated content.

9. Intellectual Property

Optivaro retains ownership of all AI systems, software, and technology used to provide services. You retain ownership of your business information and caller data collected on your behalf.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in Will County, Illinois.
